They Want Us To Die Launch Party
with members of Tundra, Gaffa Tape Sandy, Kulk and the one and only Seymour Quigley.

Lucy: Your band have been quite quiet for the last few months. Are you looking forward to playing gigs again?
Katie Jane Garside: I think I give very obtuse ans

On Wednesday 10th April, 2020, R*E*P*E*A*T Records released a new single by a collective of Bury St Edmunds bands including Tundra, Gaffa Tape Sandy, B.U.H, Kulk, and Seymour Quigley (Washing Machine) to raise money for their local food bank. ‘They Want Us To Die’ is a three-minute explosion of rampaging garage-punk anger, given horrific new resonance by the current health emergency.

As a launch party wasn't possible due to the small matter of a global pandemic, we are held an online gathering and video share featuring members of all the bands involved, which was broadcast through the R*E*P*E*A*T Facebook page.

Here it is.

This was a free event but donations to the charities this release is supporting will of course be welcomed. These are Gatehouse Foodbank in Bury and Creature Sound Community Venue and Homeless Sanctuary in Swansea.
